CCE Board Orientation for CCE Association Board of Directors
Welcome! We are delighted that you have chosen to become a member of a CCE Association Board of Directors. We hope that you will find your service on the board personally and professionally rewarding!
The purpose of the recorded orientation session below is to welcome Association board volunteers; set forth a common understanding of Cornell Cooperative Extension’s foundation, structure and purpose; and clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Board and board members. Many boards choose to do an in-person orientation. You may also be asked to view the recorded board orientation below or may find it useful as a refresher.
